These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DocUp. By using DocUp, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

DocUp is a platform intended to help users access and share educational documents for learning purposes. You agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and only for genuine academic or personal study use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. DocUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, spam, abuse, or policy violations.

4. Uploaded Content

Users may upload notes, documents, and academic material. By uploading any content, you confirm that you have the necessary right to share it. You must not upload content that violates copyright, contains illegal material, or harms the rights of others.

5. Content Moderation

DocUp reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable any uploaded content that appears inappropriate, unauthorized, misleading, harmful, illegal, or in violation of intellectual property rights. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent banning.

6. Intellectual Property

The DocUp platform, brand, interface, design elements, and original platform features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without permission.

7. Document Access and DocScore

Certain protected documents on DocUp may require DocScore to access. Each time a protected document is opened, DocScore may be deducted according to the platform rules. DocScore is a digital access credit and does not hold any direct cash value.

8. Payments and Recharges

Users may recharge DocScore through available payment methods. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Once DocScore is successfully credited, the recharge may be treated as completed. DocUp reserves the right to modify recharge packs, prices, and platform benefits at any time.

9. Refunds

Recharge payments are generally non-refundable once the DocScore has been successfully credited to the user account. In cases where payment is deducted but DocScore is not credited, users may contact support for review. Any refund, if approved, will be processed according to platform policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not misuse DocUp in any way, including but not limited to scraping, automated abuse, unauthorized redistribution of files, copyright violation, fraudulent recharges, account sharing for abuse, uploading malicious content, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

DocUp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability and quality, DocUp does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of all uploaded content, or freedom from third-party misuse. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Suspension or Termination

DocUp may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or harms the platform, its users, or its legal rights.

13. Changes to Terms

DocUp may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
